Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Tech requires:
2nd shift 2:
30pm-10:
30 pm and 3rd shift 10:
30pm-6:
30am.
Successful completion of ISA Certified Control Systems Technician Level 1 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical support and/or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Work flexible 1st shift hours for a period of time for training purposes and then will be assigned to flexible 2nd shift hours Possess knowledge in the following software technologies and architecture:
- RS Logix 5000, 500, 5 - PanelBuilder 32, RS View Studio, Intouch graphics - Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, VB script - Trio Motion, EPAS Motion, Parker Automation - Network Protocols:
Control Net, Devicenet, DH+, Ethernet TCP/IP, Sercos - Cognex Insight, Keyence Vision, Omron Vision.
Has no more than a Level 1 Corrective Action currently active on their performance record (within the previous 12 months) Automation technician Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities.
Demonstrated knowledge of the National electrical code.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCad.
Ability to learn and apply advanced control concepts in order to support the manufacturing process.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills in current or previous roles.
Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed.

Current forklift certification or ability to become certified; ability to operate scissors lift alsoElectrical/Electronics Maintenance Tech duties:
Train technicians on basic technical skills.
Participate in training program requirements to learn new technologies and to improve technical and communication skills.
Acts as a resource to plant teams to ensure they have the proper technical support needed to perform their day-to-day tasks.
Provide weekend on-call coverage for the plant as part of a seven person shared rotation schedule.
Troubleshoot, analyze and repair breakdowns or malfunctions of electrical equipment.
Perform root cause analysis and implement self-initiated activities to improve process reliability.
Provide direction to technicians as needed.
Interpret electrical schematics.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic components including:
Solid State Devices (photo eyes, prox switches) - Motors and Motor Controllers - Variable Frequency Drives - Switchgear - 480 volt - Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) - Servo Motion Controllers.
Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) via remote computer stations and make programming modifications.
Calibrate electronic instrumentation including mass flowmeters, differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, digital/analog control valves and I-P controllers.
Coordinate installation of projects utilizing outside contractors and assume responsibility for final inspection and acceptance of the project.
Call equipment and/or parts vendors for support in troubleshooting problems and/or optimizing equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
