Responsibilities for Communications Coordinator Support a Multi-Phone line system including answering voicemails, returning phone calls Communicating with local offices Assist in auditing files Perform basic scheduling tasks Assist Communicatons Director in daly tasks as ndeed Computer data entry Qualifications for Communications Coordinator 2
years experience in communications (call center or customer service) Bi-lingual Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations Knowledge of basic email and computer functions Job Type:
