The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily Proof of Delivery receipts from our drivers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
