The tasks and responsibilities required of the Returns & Refusals Analyst are outlined below:
Unload, inspect, audit, and put away inbound product.
(item, code date, and QTY) Report and track any Non- Conformance issue Provide general support and assistance in resolving and researching inventory discrepancies.
Create orders to be processed via SAP/Red Prairie Give driver disposition.
Communicating with the customer via email.
Run and Review OS&D reports.
Responsible to perform all duties in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
(Work area, equipment, PPE).
Participates in special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The skill and qualifications required for a Returns & Refusals Analyst Associate are outlined below:
High school education or GED preferred.
SAP / Red Prairie Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong mathematical skills.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Basic PC skill.
(Data entry, EXCEL Spreadsheets).
Strong communication skills.
(written, verbal and penmanship).
Ability to operate equipment associated with a warehousing environment (forklift, deep reach, walkie, order picker, RF scanner).
Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs.
and up to 75 lbs.
occasionally.
Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft.
Ability to work in a cold storage (40oF).
1st shift - 8am-4pm (Mon-Fri) We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package.
