Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company.
Builds relationships with customers, assists with sales orders, account questions, errors, billing, cancelations, complaints, and other queries.
Principal Accountabilities/
Responsibilities:
Typically uses a computer, telephone or other forms of communication to respond to customers' inquiries.
Must treat customers with respect and do whatever possible, within company policies, to make sure customers are satisfied.
Receives sales orders, adjustments, and customer inquiries about products.
Helps identify and assess customer needs to ensure overall satisfaction.
Uses computer system to input, track and report sales order activity.
Maintains accuracy of system as it relates to pricing, shipping, destinations, etc.
Works closely with credit, production, and shipping personnel to coordinate shipments.
Interacts with Business Development and R & D, provides information and supports problem resolutions.
Supports management requests for information, sales, and order reports and analysis.
Monitors customer pricing related to standard and special product requirements.
Receives customer complaints and reports activity to QA.
Works with QA to manage customer returns through RMA system and follow ups regarding complaints.
Completes export shipping documentation as required for customer needs.
Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.
Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
Education and experience requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree a plus.
Two years experience in a comparable customer service environment managing customer accounts.
Knowledge of company, products and customers.
Knowledge of company product methodologies.
Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems including Excel and Word, computer literacy, shipping methods and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Fundamental knowledge of industry and markets.
Work Environment:
Office environment.
Observes all safety and quality rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to speak, hear, type, use a computer and answer phones.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
