Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments with customers based on concern, reminding them of appointments Process warranty claims Create weekly schedule for technicians Create & send out invoices, process payments Process Account receivable/Reconcile statements Monitor accounts receivable aging by preparing and reviewing aging with management weekly Investigate and pursue past due accounts Administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing paperwork, etc.
Document and prepare bank deposits Basic office duties, i.
e, ordering supplies, filing/organizing documents Applicants must possess:
Knowledge with QuickBooks accounting software Excellent verbal and written communication skill Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented mindset.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft office applications Salary:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
