Summary:
Supervises order processing, production scanning, material handling and distribution activities in all IRIS USA, Inc.
facilities including training, supervising and enforcement of standard operating procedures.
Enforces process improvements.
Enforces Company Policies, develops subordinates and maintains a safe work environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Supervises all warehouse activities, which includes training new hires, picking, packing, loading, scanning, manufacturing, set up and shipping of orders in accordance with IRIS USA, INC.
Policies and Procedures and customers' vendor compliance manuals Enforces work procedures and warehousing practices to control costs and improve efficiency.
Monitors performance and progress of hourly employees Supports and enforces safe work environment and good housekeeping by monitoring daily activities and enforcing safe work practices.
Maintains inventory record accuracy by training subordinates and enforcing proper scanning procedures.
Enforces safety of operating equipment.
Supervises hourly employees work schedules.
Disperses workloads to hourly employees.
Assists Supervisor/Manager with daily, weekly or monthly reports.
Assists hourly employees in picking, loading, and shipping customer orders.
Assists hourly employees in machine set ups, production scans, product location transfers, regrind dispersions, receiving factory transfers, processing factory transfers, storing parts and finished goods.
Reviews Customer Vendor Guides regularly for updates Enforces 5S housekeeping practices.
Enforces upkeep of warehouse and equipment conditions Must hold valid stand up/sit down forklift certification.
Must be able to operate RF scanner and have the ability to train others in its use.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Knowledge of:
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, M.

Word, and Access Skill in:
Good oral, written and presentation skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to:
Supervises Distribution functions of Plant through the Warehouse Associates Operating Staff of approximately 10 hourly employees Communicate both verbally and in writing a variety of information and/or reports Physical Demands:
