Insurance and Real Estate.
We work with commercial insurance - you will manage policy certificates, quoting, binding, and customer service as needed via phone and online.
Within the real estate, you will help manage prospective tenant application, tours, tenant requests, oversee maintenance vendors, and other clerical duties.
This is a customer service role, therefore you must be comfortable interacting with customers on the daily, in person, over the phone, text, email.
You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Qualifications Proven experience as in a customer service role in office Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with computers Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Professional attitude and appearance Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision Reliable Transportation MUST be fully bilingual (English and Spanish, writing, speaking, reading) MUST have weekend availability (Saturday), though not required every weekend sometimes we might need to schedule move-ins or tours on a Saturday BENEFITS Pay:
$20 per hour Paid Holidays Bonus eligible position 20-25 hours Monday to Friday afternoon availability needed.
