Provides continuous observation or constant roving to observe and intervene when risky patient behaviors are identified.
Communicates with the patients to deescalate tense situations, verbal communication with care team members, and documents in the patients electronic medial record in regular intervals.
Performs or assist patients with ADL's, meals, and ambulates patients.
Ensures that the patient environment is safe and reports any safety hazards to the nurse.
Provides continuous, direct, one-to-one patient visual and audible observation of patients of all ages to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Education - Required:
High School Diploma or equivalentEducation - Preferred:
Successful completion of Crisis Management Course.
Experience - Required:
Must be 18 years old or older Experience - Preferred:
less than 1 year Healthcare setting experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
Ability to recognize and report data reflective of the patients' status and identify each patient's specific needs.
Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
Knowledge of the principles of growth and development through the life span.
Knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Certifications - Required:
BLS - Basic Life Support within 30 Days and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED within 30 Days Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Cpr Communication Electronics First Aid And Preparedness Health Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
