Conduct weighing and measuring of ingredients to operate mixers.
Accurately pre-scale raw ingredients and verify weight of all ingredients.
Adjust molding boards and sheeters.
Stretch dough to correct lengths.
Maintain control of dough temperature.
Must be able to stand for full shift, lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, reach, crouch, bend, twist, walk, push, pull, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Job Requirements:
Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
Attention to detail a must.
Good communication skills and ability to quickly grasp tasks.
Prior production experience preferred; food manufacturing ideal.
